Vote for your favourite love song playlist and win a fab Windows Phone and music package
Posted April 18, 2011
With the Royal Wedding just around the corner, we know that Kate and Wills will be going through the last minute arrangements for the big day.
One of the items that is sure to be top of the list (apart from keeping Kate’s champagne hand full at all times) is the playlist for the wedding reception.
To help the newlyweds out, we’ve worked with three of the best bloggers in the kingdom – Girls & Gadgets, Gaj-It and Loudmouthman – to create their ultimate love song playlist (Lionel Richie anyone?). And we need your help to decide which playlist Kate and Wills should use at their wedding!
In return for casting your vote to help our future King and Queen with their wedding playlist, we’re giving away an amazing Windows Phone music prize package: a Windows Phone, a Jawbone speaker and a 12-month Zune® pass to one lucky person, so make sure you get voting over on the Windows Phone UK Facebook page.
Here are the three playlists:
Safoora from Gaj-it’s playlist (Listen on Zune):
- Sex Pistols – God Save The Queen
- The Kings Of Leon – Knocked Up
- Prince – I want to be your lover
- Prince – Strange Relationship
- Queen – Killer Queen
- Queen – Tie Your Mother Down
- Will.I.am – She’s a star
- William Orbit – Harry Flowers
- Kate Bush – The Wedding List

- Aladdin – A Whole New World
- Adam & The Ants – Prince Charming
- Lion King – I can’t wait to be king
- The Beatles – Her Majesty
- Prince – Kiss
- Billy Idol – White Wedding
- Jungle Book – King of the Swingers
- Queen – We Are the Champions
- ABBA – Dancing Queen
- Bisquit – Two Princess
- Take That – Back for Good
- Fresh Prince of Bel Air – Theme Tune
Nik from LoudMouthMan’s playlist (Listen on Zune):
- Bonnie Tyler – Band of Gold
- Queen – Fat Bottomed Girls
- Meatloaf – I would Do Anything For Love
- Lyle Lovett – If I Were The Man You Wanted
- Elvis Presley – Suspicious Minds
