The Microsoft UK Student blog recently announced a new competition for all student Windows Phone 7 developers! The competition is running alongside an incentives programme that is open to any of our non-student developer followers, so everyone can get developing for Windows Phone.

So what is needed of students to enter the comp? Make an app for Windows Phone 7, publish it to the Marketplace, email ukstucom@microsoft.com with a few details and badda-bing… it’s done!

Up for grabs is a Microsoft LifeCam Show and/or Windows Phone 7 t-shirt in each of the 6 rounds of the competition and one of the 6 winners will win the grand prize of an HTC 7 Trophy.  Sweet.
