Read the latest Windows Phone Apps Magazine

UPDATE: You can now also download the apps magazine in pdf format here.
Last year we released the first ever Windows Phone Apps Magazine, which you guys loved! So we are extremely happy to announce the latest Apps Magazine is now live, with the latest apps and features based on the newest release of Windows Phone.
You can head over to our Facebook Page to view the Apps Magazine, or just take a look below. But first, let’s take a look at what is inside…
This year Windows Phone saw a new release of the OS that brought a tonne of new features to the phone. If you’ve not yet had a chance to see all the new features on your phone then be sure to check out pages 6 & 7 which list great new features including; Threads, Groups, Live Tile updates, Multitasking, Bing + Local Scout, Camera + Imaging updates, IE9, Zune updates and more.
One of the features I love is on page 8, as it shows how you can personalise your phone to you. By choosing a different colour scheme and background scheme, a new custom ringtone, rearranging the Start Screen and adding a new wallpaper, you can really make your Windows Phone match your personality.
The magazine is broken down by app categories – so whether you are into social networking or are a news junkie, or maybe a bit of a productivity geek, you’ll find a new app that is right for you. But one of the best ways to discover new apps is to check out the discovery section on pages 28 & 29 to see what the best apps are for music folk, travellers, football fans and major cinephiles (like Michael Bolton)
We know you’ll enjoy the latest Windows Phone Apps Magazine and hope you find plenty of great new apps to download! Enjoy.

Striking similarity between “Allistair Spiers” (page 30) and the guy who’s picture was on the Microsoft Security Essentials Home page a while back. Surely that’s not a made-up article and a stock photo?

These mags do look great in print, so I am with Ian here, you need to get them sent to all the major network provider stores so folks can pick one up when getting a phone.

Hi Megan, all comments on the blog go through a moderation policy and unfortunately this takes a little time. We do not censor critical comments unless they are offensive (please see our social media policy for more info) however your previous comment was caught in our spam filter which is checked less often. I’ve since found it and published – we’ve had a few comments asking for a PDF so I’ll look into getting this, should hopefully make it easier to read for you and offer the option to read on a Windows Phone
