What a night! into insider social with Alex James

On Monday night Alex James, our celebrity into insider, hosted the first ever into by Windows Phone social with fellow insiders. The night was absolutely fantastic and judging from some of the great tweets of those who attended, the feeling was mutual.
Alex put on a great line-up for all our insiders, with the extraordinary Chipping Norton All Stars, celebrity DJ couple Me & Mr Jones (Sophie Ellis-Bextor and hubbie Richard Jones) and up and coming artists Isabel Rose and Bebe Black.
One of the biggest stars at the event had to be Alex’s tasty treats. The food at the event was an absolute delight, with the simmering pots of cheese fondue, Alex’s best Welsh rarebit and sweet cheesecake for dessert. He really knows his cheese and no one went home hungry.
Over a drink or two – with a special Windows Phone cocktail mixed by Nick Moran, nicknamed the ‘Windini’ – we from the Windows Phone UK team took to the floors to meet some of our awesome into insiders and demo the into mobile app which recently went live – you can get it here. Of course mingling with the celebs was a bit of a treat too.
We had an absolute blast and would like to thank Alex James for the great food, music and amazing acts he brought along. And we’ll get back to work planning our next into insider social!

Nick’s cocktails had a kick to it especially the blue one even though he had to think how he made the first batch before I had some lol.

Wow, what a night. Travelled up from Camber Sands so reluctantly had to leave for train at 10.30pm. Great atmosphere, food drink and company. Enjoyed dressing up for the ‘Finlandia’ photo shoot. Loved the Bing wall and the lit-up sofas. Live music and DJ’s were spot on. Can’t wait for the next one

So happy I beat Alex on Dance Central! Great evening, so whay you guys gonna do to top that night……? Please say you are gonna bring the INTO love a little further up north this time!
